We love really good Mexican food, and after trying one place in Ozark that we were disappointed in (especially since they had only margaritas made with the mix) we stumbled across the Blue Agave Restaurant.
The food was delicious, the service was great and best of all their Blue Agave Margarita was hand mixed and just outstanding.
Brian had the shrimp tacos and loved them. I ordered the Alambres which was a delicious dish made with steak tips, bacon, onion bell peppers and cheese with a tasty sauce. The food was so good we went back for lunch the next day.
It's not the greatest looking from the outside but often that is the case with those family owned restaurants that serve the greatest food. It sits on the side of 231 sort of all by itself so it is easy to find. Especially since there is a yellow helicopter hung up in a tree almost directly across from it on the opposite side of 231.
