I enjoyed the stay and service of the entire facility,
The blondish bartender at the beachside bar could be a friendlier person, wife asked one time if they had any iced coffee, her response was this is not Starbucks and not in a friendly or pleasant manner. I understand that some places I have been to don't make virgin drinks and/or have coffee drinks, some mixed drinks have a coffee flavor/ or coffee in them is the reason why it was asked.
The tone and attitude was a little much

Great location. Overall hotel could use some updating and prices were a bit high. Also, could not cut short stay without a penalty. Elevators were slow and ended up using the stairs twice. Drinks at pool bar were a bit pricy.

The club level room for 300/night is worth every penny. Open bar from 4 to 6 was a treat. The fine dining at Voyager Restaurant is very classy and intimate. It was the perfect setting for celebrating my wife's birthday which created a memorable evening that we will both never forget. The staff over all were friendly and attentive . The waiter Rico is the best. We will definitely book and stay at this Resort again.

My best friend and I decided to stay at Perdido Beach Resort for the first time for our annual trip. It was very affordable and the accommodations were wonderful. Friendly staff, valet parking, no-fuss with the luggage thanks to staff as well. I would recommend this place to anyone!

We only had one night that we could stay, so we made the most of it by driving down from Birmingham very early and arriving at the PBR around 9am on Saturday. We made the most of the day by enjoying the beach and pool. We had lunch at the grill by the pool and then checked in. Then we enjoyed the rest of the evening up until noon the next day. It was a great break from the normal.
