Very conveniently located, clean and sleek room, there was iron provided in front of rooms which is very beneficial for me personally because I needed some of my clothes ironed so I can wear 'em more comfortably.

As a base for exploring Melaka's heritage and historical sites and sights, its location is excellent. It is walking distance to all the requisite places to visit and places to eat. There is free indoors parking behind but the carpark is not connected directly to the hotel. The staff service is good, you can ask them for tips on how to get around, and they are quick to respond to housekeeping requests. The room and bedding are clean and fairly comfortable, with everything functioning. However, the room was small and "squeezy" and very spartan with only the barest basics - aircon, kettle with free coffee/tea, LCD TV with free channels, water heater, hair dryer. The table is so small it can't even fit a laptop. But it's good value for money if you only come back to sleep for the night. Tips: if driving, drop your luggage at the hotel before proceeding to the carpark and walk or hail a ride to avoid hassle of parking in town.

Room Tip: Rooms with even numbers should have better window facing.

Hotel location is good, next to mahkota parade, and short walking distance to dataran Pahlawan. Free hotel parking.

Small room but comfortable and clean. Just the towel a bit smelly. The iron and board is available at the corridor outside the room on sharing basis. A small playground available at 2nd floor.

Limited choice for breakfast but with the price we paid nothing much to complain.

Avoid the room facing the shopping mall, was very noisy at night.

Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Rooms are pretty clean although it's a non-smoking hotel but all the rooms has cigarette smell. We booked 3 rooms and all 3 rooms has cigarette smell. They can't change us to any rooms since as per the receptionist the hotel is fully booked. Speaking from a hoteliers point of view, I really wonder if there's a major defect in rooms, I guess the guest has no choice but to stay in a defect room.
Water pressure is a joke. Honestly, if you plan to shower in the morning, just hope that no one else in the entire building is showering as well. The pressure was so low that it doubles up your shower timing!
Doors and walls are pretty thin you can hear your neighbors and people outside your room. My sister couldn't sleep at night as she heard kids running at the corridor since it's school holiday season. It happens even during the day.
They only provide you 1 keycard. Any additional key, please prepare RM50 for deposit.
The only good about the hotel is the location. It's near to Mahkota and Dataran Pahlawan. You can have food all day round.
Overall it's a ok hotel. If you plan on a one night stay, it's ok. If for few days, I suggest you stay elsewhere.
