Perfectly located on Jonker Walk, clean and bright and airy. Small and exactly as it describes itself - the reception team were very friendly and helpful. 2 nights there, and I would happily recommend it to anyone.

Delighful stay, right at the heart of Jonker walk. Very convenient to enjoy what Jonker walk has to offer. Night market lasts until midnight Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Hotel Room was exceptional and excellent cleanliness. Staff at counter were very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel right on Jonker Walk, and an easy stroll from many of the sights and restaurants in Malacca.
The rooms are cozy, clean, and have air con. The WIFI is painfully slow.
Be aware there is no food available in the hotel, but there are plenty of places all around. Also, there is no elevator and lots of steps (2-3 at a time)here and there. So if you have mobility issues, be forewarned.
There is a large, free parking lot behind the hotel and it is easy to drive to/ from.

Booked a night stay in a superior and family room. This Jonker Boutique Hotel is housed in a stylish 3-storey refurbished heritage building along Jonker Street in Melaka, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There are 16 rooms and each room has its individual personality.

There no issue with the family room except that I'm the only family member that is not able to sleep with a soft pillows.

As for the superior room, the room is beautiful and We love the wall paper. However the room aren't that cold and there is probably a leakage on the toilet floor.

Customer service are good and they were kind enough to accommodate to our special request. We requested for rooms away from the bustling activities of Jonker Street as most of us are a light sleeper.

FYI, the hotel is on the Jonker Street and on Friday to Sunday, as you walked out of the hotel at 5pm, you will not miss the Jonker Street Night Market.

Both ladies at reception are friendly and helpful.
Room is very clean, spacious, but air-condition at day time not enough cool.
Please check it out the water temperature too high although heater is turned off.

Room tip: Do not choose room facing stage.
