Rooms are very comfortable , spacious and nicely furnished. The staff are courteous and respond to your needs.
The best part about the place is its location.
It is located on holiday street. The beach is only a minute's walk away. There are a number of restaurants and eateries within a walking radius of 1 min around the location.
The rooms have been provided with kitchens and utensils, so for a change you can cook your own meal and have a laid back day.
Overall the stay was very pleasant and I would definitely go again if I ever get the chance to

I stayed at Casa Mia for 3 nights, via Airbnb. owners were kind enough to accommodate an early checkin. I was traveling alone but was attracted by the spaciousness and the modern decor of the house. But there’s much more to the home than the pics show, the warmth of a home and impeccable quality all around. The decor is tasteful and the attention to detail clearly shows.

The owners don’t stay there but have the FAQs printed in a manual, which was a nice touch. There’s a nice collection of Books, DVDs and magazines around the house. The house has 3 independent areas, 2 of which are let out to guests and the 3rd (first floor) for the owners. The two units on the ground floor are fully independent and the sit-outs are adjacent to each other. Two attendants stay on the property and help with the general maintenance, they were very helpful. Location is quiet, off Holiday Street, and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Main Calangute area is 1.5 Kms, Baga 3 Kms and Candolim 2.5 Kms. Highly advisable to rent a 2 wheeler, which the attendants can help you with. Recommendations around: Prince of Tides beach shack to laze around, Cuppa Coffee for a nice coffee

This apartment is just ideal for long stays, and has nice spaces all around to read, relax or meditate. Wifi is decent enough when it works, there were some interruptions due to weather conditions.

Suggestions for improvement: The only suggestion I have is to upgrade the inverter battery, as it doesn’t last for 10 hours as claimed. There was a power outage due to heavy rains and the house was without backup for close to 12 hours.

Overall, my stay was memorable and I would love to come visit again someday. Thank you!

Stayed there during 2nd weekend of July at Casa Mia. I have booked it through airbnb.

All the reservation, changes and further communication with the owner of the property was very timely.

The property is –
• Very serene & peaceful atmosphere, you can just sit out and ponder over all those thoughts you have been waiting to think over
• Services from the property maintenance staff was very good and any requests were timely acted upon (Rambabu & other person). They only make their presence felt when needed.
• Everything you would want to lookout for is almost round the corner (beach, restaurants, bike or taxi rental can be arranged, etc.,)
• Very neatly maintained property with lot of plants making it look more beautiful
• Cab Drivers reference provided is very helpful. They were on time for airport pick-up, drop and site seeing (Sunil & Deepak)
• Beach is around a 5 min walk as mentioned and on the way you can stop by few resorts to have your breakfast / drink / dinner.
• If you are not happy with the channels available on the TV, you may use the DVD collection provided.

The corridor sit-out is really amazing. Good view of greenery and nice breeze

Just faced 2 glitches:

• Staff at the Casa Mia were not aware of our early check-in. So the room which was reserved for us was not cleaned. They requested for additional 30 minutes and made it ready

• Internet wasn’t working for whole of the 4 days we stayed around the place

Our stay was thoroughly pleasant and would recommend others to consider.

The house is in a quiet location. Everything is within reach - the sea, the center, ....
Everything is clean and tidy. The interior is very nice. You can enjoy sitting on the terrace with coconut palms overhead.
Highly recommended! :-)

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mia. The staff is always available and helpful. There are many restaurants around and its walking distance to the beach. Property is maintained very well.
Sitting at the balcony outside makes you feel at home. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities. All rooms are spacious.
