Stayed here for a night while on a road trip.

It is a modern hotel with clean, big rooms, friendly staff, and with lots of restaurants a short drive away.

It's also just off the Interstate so easy to get to.

This is our second time to stay at HI Homewood and really enjoyed it. There have been some upgrade to the building and services have been enlarged (like breakfast on New Years Day). The staff was especially helpful and friendly. We will stay here again.

All good here no issues encounters during my visit all was smooth
Wal Mart is also next to the hotel and many restaurant choices
Swimming pool or gym nothing big and not really exciting to go for
Breakfast not included in the Spire Elite member

Spent the night here and was extremely impressed. According to the desk clerk this was a renovated property…and they did an excellent job. The room, overall property, and service was top-notch and I would definitely stay here again.

My ONLY complaint…if you are going to serve good coffee at the coffee bar…include some half-half/cream for coffee please. Dumping those chalky, disgusting creamers into a good cup of coffee really ruins the money you paid for it.

The decor is great! But the restaurant is lacking staff. Friday night, one customer at the bar watching TV. We made our order from the menu: Salmon BLT and steamed broccoli instead of fries. Waitress went back to the kitchen to make sure they had salmon. "Yes." So we were surprised when the cook showed up and said the salmon was frozen and it would take 45 minutes. So we quickly changed our order to a simple BLT and steamed broccoli. We were now watching the time! The order arrived with the BLT and a large order of fries! No time to change the order! The next morning we opted for the breakfast buffet since we were being picked up for a tour at 8:30. There was a sign advertising the breakfast buffet. Guess what? No buffet. We had to order from the menu. We asked what was fast? Well, nothing. There were seven orders ahead us. So we headed for McDonalds. Our room was very comfortable. But it was obvious from the parking lot that there were many empty rooms.

Thank you for taking the time so share you recent experience with us. I sincerely apologize for our food and beverage operation not exceeding your expectations. This is not the kind of service we pride ourselves with providing to our guests. In regards to our breakfast, as a full service hotel, we provide fresh cooked to order breakfast and we only offer a breakfast buffet during peak times. I'm glad you enjoyed the decor of our newly renovated property and the comfort of our new guestrooms. The next time you visit your breakfast will be on us.
