Nobile Executive Suites hotel is located on Boa Viagem Avenue in the Pina neighborhood of Recife. This 64-story building has a beautiful view of the beach and the sea. It is convenient to the downtown area.
The rooms have all the trappings of a modern hotel and are comfortable. There was, however, a major flaw in the rooms' design: bathrooms are so small that one person can hardly stand sideways and it is physically impossible for two persons to be in the bathroom at the same time, unless one is in the shower. Moreover. there is only one sink and the toilet juts out.
There is a nice pool and an excellent fitness facility. The restaurant serves an excellent breakfast and the service there was attentive and speedy.
These good performances were marred by
a major shortcoming, namely the lackluster performance of the housekeeping staff. I was left without bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner) for 3 days out of my 6 days' stay. I had to repeatedly contact the reception to finally get these supplies.
Overall, this hotel has the potential to be a great performer but needs to address its staffing issues.More
