This is a huge hotel, in front of the sea. The room where I stayed was refurbished, clean and with air conditioning. The service was "Northeastern style", that is, a little slow for stressed people from São Paulo, like me.

The Staff were very good and always helpful. The location was great and right next to the beach.
This is not a four star hotel by any standard. The place is old and needs a major refurbishment. The rooms were tired and had a musty smell. I refused the initial room and was moved to another which was slightly better.
Great location - we came from airport by foot and beach side is just across the road, amazing see view, if you get high floor, delicious breakfasts and comfortable bed. And not expensive btw.

A pretty good hotel to stay at. Near a lot of the action and right next to the beach. You have to pay for parking, even though it's advertised as being free.the surrounding area is said to be sketchy, though I walked through it after midnight and had no problems and there was still foot traffic prancing around. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick and affordable stay.
You will be better served looking for another option in Boa Viagem surroundings: suite appearance and conservation was poor, mouldy smell, dirty bathroom, bed linnen & towells well used. Breakfast OK, hotel staff friendly. But avoid, if you can.
