Situated on an excellent location near Ghum railway station. We visited this ancient monastary in early morning back on the way from tiger hill. Even at morning hours there was considerable rush and prayers were going on in full swing. The sanctum has a huge staue of lord Buddha and is decorated with colourful curtains hung down from ceiling. The envionment inside had become alive due to number of people and prayers inside. The popularity of the monastary can be felt from the number of people visiting here.

The monastery is quite old, and one can see a magnificent statue of Buddha inside. There is souvenir shop also inside the monastery.
