During dinner it was came to notice that chicken item was half cooked and blood stains were clearly visible stick with the chicken bones. As per room service & hotel manager, the peculiar explaination was given that kitchen chef himself has certified the food and everything is fine. It was told clearly told by hotel that incase of any further issue with hotel service, I can leave the hotel and the time was 11.30 PM. Hotel also added that complaint to any concerned person/authority will not work as the owner of hotel is a powerful both in respect of financially/politically.

Stated at this hotel for few hours due to layover of my train schedule, the rooms are small but clean, no hot water in the evening hour. Front desk and other staff were courteous and helpful. Did not use any other services. Would definitely come back.its situated in a conjusted Lane of paharganj but I'm close proximity if new Delhi railway station. It was worth my money booked through Makemytrip.com

This hotel is in an interesting toursity part of town where you can pull $ from international ATMs, get cheap meals and book tours to the taj and beyond.

Unfortunately this hotel is not the best.

Firstly, there are waaaaay too many staff on. There was at least 6 behind the desk when we tried to check in (which seemed a difficult process for them even though we had booked off expedia and had photocopies of our passports to give) and two sitting around per floor although the hotel is very empty.

Secondly, the rooms are almost nice but not nice. They reek of the moth balls placed in the cupboards, sink and bathroom corners. The bathroom door has water damage, the walls are grubby and the mirror is marked.

All in all we were comfortable enough but the hotel had a weird vibe.
I wouldn't recommend it.

Reception- quick fast checkin

Parking- I really don't think you can drive your car on these roads. So much traffic and narrow roads.

Rooms- small rooms with adequate space. All electricals working fine and bed was very clean and comfy.

Toilet- small and clean. The only problem was that the bath water did not drain fast, so was slightly disappointed.

Food- average.

Overall will stay here again.

I just checked out the hotel. I stayed here for only one night but overall good stay. Just 100 meter from New Delhi Railway Station gate no 2 side (Paharganj platform no 1 side) on Arakshan Road. They also provided tolataries including tooth brush, paste, shampoo and other things. Rooms and toilet are specious and very neat and clean. But food was not up to the mark specially chapatis. Overall, value for money.
