We've visited a couple of these experiences in India now and both visits provoked our visual and taster senses. The Prawn-Celery Dumplings appetizer is a great way to start, the tofu and green bean main course, even the gravy proved groovy, and the mango and sticky rice with pourable coconut milk was as beautiful and helpful as Gary Snyder was to Kerouac and Ginsberg. Now the wine in India is almost always over priced terrible so hard to blame mama but the non alcoholic beverages especially the lemon grass iced tea was a great way to wash the Mao fusion down.
