No matter from which part of the world you are, you certainly might have heard about Mahatma Gandhi. Do take time to visit and thoroughly enjoy this memorial. Free entrance for all.

Take the time to visit the cremation site of Mahatma Ghandi, Indira Gandhi & Rajiv Gandhi. The entrance is free and to see all 3 will take you around an hour to gently walk round. You are required to take your shoes off to enter the main area where you find the cremation site of Gandhi and this gets quite crowded. The other two sites are situated around in the park by the water.
Beautifully kept.

As known as Gandhi's cemetery. You need to take off your shoes before entering into the main area, Gandhi's tomb. You are not allowed to roam around in the main area except following the green carpet which around the tomb. You can either pay 1rupee to keep your shoes or at the free shoes rack, (at your own risk). As Gandhi was a prominent figure in India, I would recommend anyone in Delhi to come here.

Take the time to visit the cremation site of Mahatma Ghandi. Beautiful gardens with a simple memorial to this great man. A quiet oasis in a very busy and noisy city.
