Located on the main Janpath street, good ambience and food. They have combined the molecular gastronomy along with the concept of live grill on the table so the overall concept is appealing! Went there for lunch and enjoyed the experience. Interiors are really different and they have a scene of Delhi on the wall which is very unique and elegant. Decor is classy and simple. The place is targeted towards families and not just youth. Its large enough to accommodate about 100+ people.

Loved their drinks, especially Gur Ka Sharbat and Hajmola Gola Soda. Reminds me of childhood! We started with their snacks - Mutton Seekh, Chicken Galagi, Tandoori Prawns, Tandoori Aloo, Paneer Tikka, Fish Tikka. Mutton Seekh and Fish Tikka were outstanding and really flavourful. They must have used Basa fish as it was so fresh and melt in the mouth! Their star item in molecular snacks was the Molecular puffs. Simple liquid nitrogen poured over the fried puffs and it was amazing! When you bite them, smoke will come out of your mouth and it feels so good after eating chilled puffs! Also, their Gol Gappas were good with a unique presentation, and the sweet chutney placed inside a dropper. We also witnessed the making of live molecular chaat by Chef Tarun and it was mind-blowing to see curd getting fried!

The main course section was also really rich and had a long spread along with soups, salads and deserts. I loved their grill house Dal and it was very creamy and had the right amount of spices and flavours. The chicken however can be further improved as I found the pieces little chewy but the gravy was good. The breads were served on our table and the server was really very professional and polite. Guess his name was Dinesh. Breads were fresh and soft unlike the hard ones we generally find in any buffet spread. They also had a live pasta station but was too full to try it.

The desert section had many varieties served in small bowls. Loved their Shahi tukda, Kulfi and Kheer. Loved their hospitality and overall a good experience and an ideal place for a family outings and really pocket friendly. 499 for a Veg Buffet and 599 for NV is a steal considering what they offer.

i been to janpath grill on 28th july on the eve of my nephew birthday , we bought the deal from nearbuy.com with little cashback, we been there at lunch time, food taste was good including starters, the washroom was too congested, sitting area is too complicated and congested too, we took a table of 5 and believe me we had to wait for 15 minutes to get a grill on to our table afterwards we got 4-5 tandoori grills and they started serving us but afterwards we have to wait a lot for getting other items, main course and desert options are very limited, i will not prefer anybody to go there as its not fine dining, service is very poor, buffet price is high , options are limited, i will prefer to go at barbeque nation instead of janpath grill house.

A new peppy place that I had a chance to visit today. The interiors are simple but have lot of hand paintings done. A complete wall is dedicated to a painting of everyday scenes in Janpath. It made the environment vibrant.
This place is all about live grill with some gastronomical elements. They are currently offering Buffet options and will be starting Ala Carte soon. I Went for their Non-Veg buffet.

Starting with the drinks, I completely loved their Hajmola gola soda. The tangy taste of hajmola was perfectly blended with the soda. There were tiny bits of hajmola also at the bottom of the glass. The drink was chatpati and different. Next I tried Gur ka sherbet and it was very flavourful. Drinking Gur was a experience in itself. Also tried their Mango drink and it had a nice taste of ajwain and was very light. Their drinks were unique and I enjoyed them thoroughly.

There was a good spread of snacks on the grill though there were more non-veg snacks than veg.
Chicken galafi kebab was very tender and it was covered with pieces of red, yellow bell pepper. It looked very colourful. The mutton seekh was absolutely amazing and was melt in the mouth. It was spicy and juicy. I also loved the fish tikka. It was very soft and the flavours were beautiful. Soya tikka and hariyali aloo were also good. Mushrooms were nicely roasted.

They have 3 Amuse-bouche to delight their customers.
Molecular Puffs: It was a amusing to see liquid nitrogen being poured onto the puffs which chilled them. The taste was beyond doubt very good as it was all cold (amazing to have that in this weather).
Golgappa: It was very neatly presented where the sweet chutney was inside a dropper and the tangy water was in testubes.
Molecular Chaat: We got to see the preparation of Papdi chaat by Chef Tarun. It was real fun to see yogurt solidifying! The complete dish was amazing and beautifully presented. A unique way to eat your regular papdi chaat.

There was a generous spread for the main course ranging from soups, salads, curries and pasta.

I liked Dal grill house. It was quite different from all other places and it was very light. The texture was very good and the spices were just right. Paneer Butter Masala really impressed me as it had a perfect blend of bit sweet and spicy flavour. Absolute delight to eat. Also had Chicken Khada Masala, the chicken pieces were bit chewy but the gravy was very rich and tasty with medium spice. The absolute winner was the Naan. It was very thin and soft. One of the best that I have had.

Not a sweet dish person but really liked the mildly sweet kulfi. It was a perfect end to an amazing spread of food. The Price are very reasonable and this place is a must visit for youth and family.

The Janpath street is very quickly becoming a hot destination... Many new cafes and dining places have sprung up and are competing to stand out...
One such place that stands out from the crowd is Janpath Grill House... Which other place can boast of having a musician playing your favourite songs in the middle of the afternoon..!?
The brightly lit place is decorated quirkily decorated Delhi style.
Coming to the food, we started our meal with Maas ke Shole... Which were mildly spiced roasted Mutton kebabs with a crumbling texture... Next came the Aloo Kali Mirch, bite sized pieces of potato with a strong black pepper flavour... The Anjeer and Akhrot ki Tikki were super soft from the middle and had a crispy crust...
What stole the show in appetisers was the Parde Waali Raan... Which was as much a treat for the eyes as is was for the taste buds... The meat was soft, juicy, tender and succulent..!
Along with the appetisers came a very refreshing Nectarine Mojito... The delicious concoction of fruit juices with chunks of pineapples and lime made it a perfect companion to the fiery appetisers..!
In the main course came the very delicious Dal Tadka and the Paneer Lababdar... Served with Lal Mirch paranthas, these were an absolute delight to have..!
For the non vegetarians, the Murg Makhmali and the varieties of Mutton proved to be a trip to food heaven... The brilliantly spiced Mutton was a pleasure to have..!
For desserts, we had the Firni and the Gajar ka Halwa... They were both mildly sweet and topped with generous amounts of roasted almonds..!
With minor improvements in service standards, this place could soon become a hot spot..!
