We booked 2 superior rooms, 2 adults and 1 child in each {aged 11 & 8} , upon check in was told children over 6 were classed as adults and we had to pay extra Aus$10 per night per child , damm ridiculous
Breakfast was catered for asian tastes , mainly noodles, rice soups , no bacon, ham or cereals for westerners, also only had sweetened condensed milk for coffee and as a diabetic was only able to have black coffee or tea
The hotel itself was ok , room good size and comfortable, great pool and staff were friendly but then my wife is Vietnamese so she dealt more with them

We enjoyed our stay at Ky Hoa Hotel. Our room had a balcony overlooking the sea.

The hotel was built on a mountain slope, so the view is excellent. Gives a feel of being in the Mediterranean.

The buffet is okay, cater more to local tourists and could use some English captions. I am gluten sensitive, lactose intolerant and allergic to seafood, so I am certainly curious to know if the spring rolls contain seafood or not. Otherwise, the buffet has a pretty decent selection. Several types of do it yourself noodle station, including pho soup, fine rice noodles,.... and of course, they have an egg station where you csn order an omelette or eggs cooked to your preference.

Wifi is free and strong all throughout the hotel. Staff is friendly.

A very nice hotel, comfortable rooms and good quality service. Nice swimming pool too. And a very consistent breakfast. I recommend it greatly to anyone visiting VungTau, whether as a family venture or as touring by.

Rooms were basic, tidy but very tired. Creaky door, noisy aircon, PLASTIC sofa.

Breakfast finished at 9am, even on the Sunday. And what was there looked like it wouldn't make the school canteen - stale bread, sweetened milk, disgusting unidentifiable meat objects, powdered juice (like Tang but cheaper). This was not a breakfast, it wouldn't even make the school lunch due to health and safety reasons.

Certainly NOT worth US55+ we paid on Agoda - should be around $30.

Room tip: Get a Seaview, although if you like breakfast, don't stay here.

My family stayed at here 3 nights. It is pretty close to Ho May park. There are lots nice restaurant with good price around. Specailly, it take 10' by bike to go to Ganh Hao restaurant(my favourite restaurant) and 15' by bike to dog racing place. Staff is friendly and nice. Room is ok: clean, good view but some stuff in my room is broken but it is not a big deal. It is still good
