A wonderful place to stay in the beautiful location of Pai. The hotel is by the river, it has an absolutely clean swimming pool and a pleasant restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and well serviced, the whole ambiance of the place is superb. It is a place to go back to. We do!

Room Tip: The rooms all have a lovely outlook. The cheapest are the best! However if you want an "in room...

This hotel is really charming, and at first sight we were delighted at check in. Unfortunately almost everything went wrong from this moment on: waiter recommandation of non spicy food at the hotel restaurant that resulted awfully spicy that we couldnt eat, no apologies and we had to pay the full price, going to bed we found some cockriaches in the bed sheets. The staff speaks a very approximative english, and will always terminate a discussion with a big smile saying "sorry" but never proposing a solution. Last but not least, if you want to stay connected during your vacations, forget it. The internet connexion is weak and unstable. Prefer one bubgalow very close to the reception. The signal doesnt reach bungalow 15.

We didn't stay at this hotel but me and my friend came here on our way back to our accommodation for a drink and a bite to eat. We sat down and a member of staff came over and took our order - a minute later she came back to say they hadn't any food at the moment so we just ordered our drinks. She then came back again to tell us they had only one certain meal on the menu so we ordered that.. for the same woman to then send another member of staff to come over and tell us they didn't have that meal in and only had another certain thing on the menu (the original meal we had asked for) so we ordered that. We had ordered two sandwiches and one came out after half an hour and we waited an extra 10 minutes and the other hadn't arrived so we assumed they forgot (as by this point they've already forgotten our drinks) so we ended up sharing one plate - for the other sandwich to then arrive. Throughout this whole time of been here we were the only customers in and there was about 6 staff on standing around doing nothing but make fun of us the whole time quite obviously - pointing, laughing and staring at us constantly. By this point we just wanted to eat pay and leave but they wouldn't acknowledge us so we had to physically go up to where they was all standing to hand them money. There are much better places to eat in Pai then here and this is genuinely the only place in Pai/Thailand where I have witnessed such rude staff. Avoid. Only upside is the nice view.

The hotel looks like small village.
The breakfast laking of food. You chose only one meal and they prepare it for example: pancake.
In the rooms there is no hot water. We passed 3 diffrent rooms and still the water was warm and not hot.
Very central and close to the main street.

We have arrived to Pai late afternoon for one short night. After looking at some accommodation options around the river, we have come across Pai RiverCorner Resort. Given we travelled with Kids it was important for us to see the room before to ensure it's comfy and right size. We have been shown 2 rooms, one of which was small. And so we have agreed to take the larger room which was also the most expensive option we found (~3500 Baht !), After discussing with the Manager some technicalities around breakfast, We paid by credit card, registered our passport details and than started to carry our suitecase to the room. The reception staff did not assist with the transfer. Just as we arrive to the room, another person comes to us and informing us that since the day before - the hot water is broken in that room! I have asked why they didn't tell me before I paid and they couldn't answer, I asked for another room to take shower at night (it was already late !) and answered they can not, I have requested a compensation and the response was they can't, I asked to talk to the manager and suddenly they were away... These discussions and arguments took us 45 minutes after which I gave up in order not to loose more time in Pai. We had a cold shower (including my kids 4 & 9 yrs old !) Even in the morning - no one there cared about our experience.
