It was not easy to choose a hotel on Koh Phi Phi, which beach is the most beautiful, remote or which area is the best to stay and so on... During the preparation time I had literally read almost all the reviews of all the hotels on Koh Phi Phi. I am so glad we chose Holiday Inn.
We booked a room on the beachfront. Truly beautiful! Our room was big enough and clean. Bathroom is a bit old, a bit pity. By reading the reviews, I knew exactly what to expect so disappointment was therefore minimized. Everything at the resort was pricey but oh well it's an island resort. And their private beach...OMG!!! For us it's the most beautiful beach on the island. Don't miss the sunsetbar!
We were there for 3 nights. I wish we could stay longer. We didn't even went to Tonsai because it was not necessary. Tonsai is by the way not what we were looking for.
Service: not 5 stars but the staff was always nice and helpful.
Food: tasty but on the expensive side. We went to Jasmine which was cheaper.
Plenty of choice at breakfast.
If you're looking for a hotel outside Tonsai with a nice quiet beach then Holiday Inn is highly recommended.More
