We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is incredible - in the middle of Phi Phi Tourist Village, yet very quiet at night. Our pool room was amazing, I would definitely recommend staying in one of these if possible. This direct access to the pool made our stay at this hotel. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the pool clean, the room spacious and the overall look of the place very cute. Also, we were given daily free vouchers for a very well equipped fitness studio/ gym by the beach in a different hotel, which was excellent.

There are a few reasons why we would not give this place a full 5 dots, such as no free wifi, very basic daily room service (the room was never swept or hoovered in the 6 days of our stay and sand started collecting...), the paintwork needed redoing, the breakfast was very basic and the aircon is directed at the bed and therefore makes sleeping uncomfortable having cold air blown at you although you do need it to be turned on to be able to sleep... however, these points did not ruin our stay, the amazing location and pool access made for a very enjoyable stay indeed.

We stayed here largely based on the TripAdvisor rating and we weren't disappointed. Central, well-appointed, clean and modern, we enjoyed this hotel very much. It is four-star, so lacking in some of the luxuries that you'd expect at a 5 star, but we still felt that it was very good value. Very importantly for us, it was a bit of an oasis and offered privacy in the middle of hectic Phi Phi, while being quite central and just a couple of minutes walk to pretty much everywhere. Staff were pleasant and the breakfast buffet, while somewhat of your typical assembly-line operation, was noticeably above-average for hotels in this price range. The courtyard and free-form pool were great and the perfect amenity after a day of snorkeling....The only real down-side to mention were the other guests--somehow a large number of very loud Chinese guests had discovered this hotel as well, which did detract a bit from our stay. Still though, this would be our first hotel of choice if we were to go back to Phi Phi.

This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at in Thailand and one of the worst. The rooms are very small and not so clean. There is a lot of noise at night from the bars playing music and some sort of generator that makes a loud sound - and we were on the 3rd floor! Breakfast is not great and the staff are not so nice. Also there is no free Wifi even though the hotel was so expensive.

Was expecting a bit more from this hotel because of reviews - it was a great stay but would have liked free wifi, a bit more leeway on beach towels (have to be signed out and back in) and better bathroom amenities would have made this hotel a bit better. AC was a bit noisy during the night but it was too hot to turn it off, staff did their job well but could have been a bit more friendly. Felt that it didn't quite live up to previous reviews and was a bit overpriced.

Room Tip: I stayed in a normal room which was nice - was a little bit jealous of the people who had a room wit...

The hotel was quite nicely laid out around a central pool. The room was spacious and had a small balcony overlooking the pool area. The rooms were looking a bit tired and would certainly benefit from a lick of paint and a bit of TLC. The staff were very friendly, nice and helpful and the breakfast was decent too.
