The best thing about this "resort" was location. It was the last accommodation in Klong Nin coast line and the beach was quite private.
All the cottages are duplex houses and since the doors had quite large gaps, everything our neighbours did or said, was heard to our room. For example we had family with small children and we woke several times during night because of the crying.
Bathrooms are small and worn-out. Staff did not seem very friendly nor helpful. Every transport or activity they recommended was over-priced.
It was also a bit far from center. Since the road had no sidewalks it was quite dangerous after sunset to walk there.
Stayed there for 4 nights, found after that much better quality and price hotels near-by.

Room Tip: You just have to have good luck with the neighbours

Stunning stretch of coastline. Must do the massages at this hotel, the best we have had. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided very good and careers for most likes. Room very clean and fresh water provided daily. No WiFi in the rooms, only in the restaurant, pool sketchy. Scooter and tour activities cheaper elsewhere than at the hotel. Lot of other restaurants further down the beach. Lot of rubbish around, eg at the pool and surrounding gardens.

A relaxed, friendly resort at the end of Klong Nin beach. Our room was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view of the sea.
We ate at the restaurant every night because we found the prices cheaper than outside.
Restaurant staff were very friendly and service of food was fast. We ate both European and Thai food and both had good taste.
Remember, this resort is very relaxed in many ways. This helps to make your stay relaxed too.
If you have problems speaking the Thai language you can always show on the menu what you want rather than expecting everyone to know English.
The swimming pool is clean and tidy with views to the sea. Only thing I may suggest is new sunbeds as some were broken.

For its location and friendly staff we would definitely stay again :)

So bad place that i would not recommend this to anyone! Only 2-3 workerks was ok but everyone else seems that they dont know how to serve people or understand english. These foods was 3/10, bungalows/cabins were badly fixed and smelling like they need to use much of chemicals that you dont smell rotten here. Aircondition was also leaking water in the main room and from the toilets roof. Leaking water has destroyed the toilet roof badly cause it was cyproc. BE KNOWN THAT YOU CAN HAVE 5 TIMES BETTER HOTEL/RESORT WITH SAME AMOUNT MONEY! Overpriced badly... Only good thing here was the beach when water was up, but when it goes down u cannot swim here. The pool was also so small and over crowded.

The hotel is a ok low budget hotel.
It’s located close to the beach.
The bungalows are ok but you can se that it’s old and in need of renovation.
The restaurant is the big issue. If breakfast not are included in your reservation my recommendation is to skip the breakfast it’s so bad. When it comes to lunch/dinner the food is ok, but the personnel it’s so obvious that they not used to work in a restaurant, they don understand English, they miss dishes and so on.
But in total it’s an ok hotel for the price.
