Don't get me wrong. The place is very nice and has some sort of charme. You can tell that every single in the rooms is there for a reason. The room where we stayed were spacious and clean. But if you are in the most expensive hotel in Bundi ( everyone knows this and you will see locals actually laughing as soon as they get to know where you are staying ) first you want a real comfy bed with a nice blanket ( not the ones they are selling in the middle of the roads ) then you want a Wifii that actually works!!!! And finally you would like a place where the food is nice and tasty and the price of it is considers the place where you are staying. You are not in a five stars hotel..in Bundi you dont need that..but then this place should be more "honest". The owner is a very lovely person and all the staff as well..they just need to reconsider a little bit those few things.

Loved our 6-night stay here. Our "normal" room was richly decorated from floor to ceiling giving us a sense of warmth, luxury and romance. Spotlessly clean, room serviced daily, fresh towels every day and sheets changes every 2nd day! Really quiet and Mukesh and his brother were so helpful. It made our stay in Bundi such a pleasure. The town was a delight anyway...returning to the Haveli was super.
The only caution is the price of the food! We did try breakfast once (cornflakes, fruit, toast and marmalade) and it was 400r/- each. We didn't eat dinner there but there are super places to eat in town within minutes of the Haveli.

Very close to Garth palace, away from crowds, beautiful patio, rather secluded.
Visit the second floor dining room with 200 year old wall frescoes.
Rooms are clean and proper decorated with painted cloth and recent paintings over alabaster.
Food and breakfast could be better.
Extremely attentive and accommodating staff with service at India pace.

This place is amazing situated in the best bit of Bundi close to the lake and the Palace, we could see the Palace from our room. It is steeped in history and you could spend hours looking at the building, furnishings, decoration, paintings and memorabilia in the hotel. We had a large room which was clean and ornately decorated, the bathroom was also large and clean. We didn’t eat there in the evening, but the breakfast was good served in a brilliant surrounding. However, the whole experienced was somewhat spoiled when we came to check out. We stayed in the days after the announcement of India’s demonetisation program; most Hotels and Restaurants were taking a pragmatic and helpful position with Tourists who had been left with larger denomination notes, that were now not “legal tender”, by accepting the notes. The Proprietor at the Hotel Haveli Brajbhushan Ji took a somewhat more draconian view and insisted we pay our INR 550 bill by credit card, Thanks. The Wi-Fi was good.

This is a quaint hotel in a great location with veiws up to the fort. The owner is a gentle ( almost Uriah Heapish) guy.
The staff good. Fixed menu veg food served for dinner and was very tasty. Breakfast a little basic.
I found the room with its selection of antique items displayed was tasteful. As in most of Bundi the monkeys are an issue and we noticed bamboo staffs placed around the place. But from behind glass they added to the charm.
For the price clean central accomodation.
Hotel utilses a tip box and apparently it is not distributed to the staff according to them and our driver.

Room Tip: Get a suite its worth the extra.
