It was also last year. Nice and neat hotel with indoor pool and fitness. The rooms were clean while the bathroom was bathed in the bathroom above the ceiling. The food in the restaurant is good, and the staff is very kind.

Hotel´s new name is Hotel Flores (ex. Houston). Located not in the center, but some hundred meters from port. From the hotel you can walk in 10 minutes to harbor to catamaran boats to Venice. Hotel is traditional large hotel with good service and in September full of older people mainly from Germany.
Rooms are quite big and clean. In the hotel you can get spa services, such as different massage, they have also inside pool and gym.
Beach nearest to the hotel are in distance 500 m and are rocky ones, as most beaches on this region.

We have just returned from a weeks stay in Porec with a mixed group of 27 Seniors., The hotel was perfect for us all, everyone had a spotless spacious room and although the hotel wasn't luxurious it had everything that we needed. The staff were friendly and very helpful to us all,the food was Buffet Style although we had to wait sometimes the food was tasty with plenty of variety for everyone. The only thing it lacked was a comfortable area for sitting inside but as we had perfect weather we used the outside patio most evenings.
The big plus with this hotel was the location just 5 minutes easy walk to the sea/beach and Bus Station and just a little further to reach the beautiful harbour and lovely town of Porec.

Room Tip: We had rooms on every floor facing different directions, 20 rooms in total and all the rooms were spacious, light and quiet. .

We have spent Easter weekend at this hotel right afer it was opened after the winter, so there were some issues with heating and selection of food for the dinner on the first night but later it all got much better. We got fairly large room at the ground floor with nice balcomy overlooking the park. Smooth check in with very nice staff. Location of hotel is great just 5 minutes from Porec old town. Since we are keen cyclists we took advantage of great tracks around Porec and also this is great point if you like to ride Parenzana trail. The food in hotel was good with nice selection of cold and warm buffet. The staff made special treat for us on Easter morning serving homemade Istrian and Croatin delicasses which was very nice touch. Overall hotel needs some renovation but staff working there is excellent very polite and efficient.

Hotel is small, location is great, town is very close, beach also, promenade too.
There is a nice free parking place in front of the hotel.
Rooms are quite big and clean, balcony also.
But there are lots of stains on carpet in the room. Towels are so rough, that you just don't feel nice using them, because they are irritating skin. We even had one with a hole in it.
Basin was clean, but broken.
Nothing in this hotel tells you that it is a 4 star hotel, there is no any luxury.
Poll is so cold that you can not step in it. There a no showers on the pool, so that means that people are going into pool without taking a shower.
There is no desinfection water before you step into pool aria.
People who want to go to the gym or wellness or sauna need to walk across poll aria. And of course they wear shoes.
That is not hygienic at all. But almost anyone used the poll because it was too cold.
We didn't use the gym because it was too cold even to step in it.
We wanted to use sauna on Sunday, but wellness doesn't work on Sunda. It surprised us a lot.
Food is tasty, but choice is quite poor.
Bottle of pumpkin oil was empty, and when we asked for another one, they said they don't have it anymore. Sounds stupid to hear there is no pumpkin oil in 4 star hotel.
Sound isolation in room is really, but really poor. You can hear almost every word people in other room are saying, and they were not jellying, they were just talking.
Staff is nice and helpful.
They charge rope 15 kuna, and towels for the poll 5 kuna a day.
It is a place for short stay, two nights maximum.
