We spent there an entire week. Nice location with overwiew over the sea. Cleaning was done on a daily basis, although our bed sheet was not very clean at our arrival. Also the ceiling was full with stains. Bathroom was very small, shower door was literally right next to the toilet, we had to step over the toilet to get out of the shower. There was no elevator between the reception floor and the next floor, luggages must be carried by hand. Nice swimming pool, but it was only available until 7pm. Meals had lots of choices, some of the dinners were great and tasty and some were under expectations. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

We stayed at this hotel for a week in June and were delighted from the start. Lovely views of the sea from our room and all areas of the hotel, including dining area, terrace and pool. Food at breakfast and dinner was fantastic, plenty of vegetarian options if required too. If I had to complain about anything I would say a few more sunbeds around the pool would help but that is a small gripe. We only spent one afternoon at the pool and we did not struggle to get a bed each but we noticed that most days they were all taken. It's quite a small pool area but lovely and clean. As long as you don't mind a few stairs in the hotel and a few steps outside, this hotel is ideal for a relaxing holiday with great views of the beautiful sunsets and the staff were lovely too!

We were very surprised at the quality of this 3* hotel. Despite the reviews, (yes there are a lot of steps, but not just at the hotel, across the whole resort) we had a very pleasant stay. The pool area is well sized for the guests with there usually being space at around 9am and then again after lunch. The views from the patio area were gorgeous: the sea and a perfect vantage of sunset.
We stayed half board but they included a lunch snack (sandwich) which was great. The buffet breakfast and dinner were extensive. Only request is for teapots for tea instead of the tiny cups. Dinner also included wine and beer.
The poolside bar was well stocked even selling ice cream and snacks and the prices were not too high in comparison to supermarkets.
The room was clean, we had a sea view balcony. The bathroom, though tiny was perfectly fine.
Outside in the resort, there is a lot of walking routes, a road train to inexpensively take you to Porsche, several boat excursion opportunities and a few shops. Great for an after dinner walk down by the sea. Please note there is not a sandy beach, but the sea is right below the hotel with rocky area to sunbathe on.
Highly recommend the hotel, so long as you don't mind stairs.

The hotel is great. The rooms are nice, they have amazing sea view. The food is great (both in quality and quantity), the staff is very helpful. We had a really enjoyable stay there, I cannot compain of anything.
As for the reviews critizing the number of the steps to the sea - of course there will be steps - the hotel cannot be at the middle of the sea! The area is full of hills and woods which contribute to the fresh air so I relally cannot accept this as such a tragedy. The location of the hotel also makes it possible to have great views from the rooms and the restaurant - the view would not be the same if the hotel was situated lower.

A word of warning ⚠️. If you have mobility problems, or breathing difficulties DO NOT book this hotel.
We counted 199 steps from the sea to our room, which Become a chore after a few days, so no 'nipping' back to your room for a quick poo, or bottle of sun cream!!!

The shower/toilet/Sink is approx. 3'X4' and is tiny.

The hotel was hosting an international Judo Tournament when we stayed, and the vibe was definitely for younger people.

We did find some of the staff difficult and moaning, and hardly smile, asking for bananas at breakfast became our daily mission!
Mainly though, they are friendly and helpful especially as They mostly cater for German, Austrian & Italian guests.
There wasn't a lot of English out in our area (Porec, Istria) but we liked that. The whole area, where the hotel is situated is called Zelena Laguna, which comprises of 4/5 hotels, like a sort of 'European centre parks'

German/Italian is the main language, but we had no trouble with getting understood, as nearly all the staff in restaurants and shops speak 3 or 4 languages, which is amazing.

Overall, the hotel was fine though, the views over the ocean and sunset were world class. (See Pics)

We loved Croatia
