We found the menu online and decided that we want to try it.
We had reserved the table for the evening and came there in time. We were warmly welcomed by our host and walked to the table. Immediate thumbs up for this place. After that our waiter approached and presented us with the menu. He was polite and seemed well educated about his job, especially about wines.
For couvert we were given marinated swardfish prepared in nordic way. Very interesting and tasty. After that we had sous vise tuna with three side dishes. Also very interesting and tasty. That was followed by cream of cauliflower soup with trout caviar. As you can expect interesting and tasty. Well yes, but this was even better than that. One of the main course was fettuccine pasta with oxtail and pear. Greet course, really really great. The other was angler fish with bacon and beans. The angler itself was a little tasteless but in combination with the other it was really good. For dessert we had some choco biscuit cube with crumble and jam.
All the courses were followed by the right selection of wine.
After all that I have written the only conclusion that you can get is that if you ever have chance you should visit this place and as far as I can tell you will not be disapointed.
