This is a totally self-contained resort, with great service, restaurants and accommodations. We spent two nights, June 7 and 8, 2016. We chose a one-bedroom suite in building 5, number 525, with dining area, outside balcony with table and chairs, two fireplaces and one and one-half baths. Spacious and comfortable. Asian furniture and appointments. For us, we love local cuisines, and the three restaurants provided just that. The first night we had the wild mushroom hotpot with local wild chicken. If you are fan of real wild mushrooms, this will be a culinary delight for you. Second night we tried the Szechuan cuisine and hotpot. Equally great. I wanted to try the roasted lamb, but my wife and daughter won't eat it. Oh well. Whatever you do, don't pass up the enormous swimming pool and spring baths. They are amazing. The staff could not have been nicer and I thank Bobby He, the F&B manager who made sure our food experience was enjoyable, and making sure that we had Yak yogurt for the road to site seeing. Also many thanks to Dennis Lv the front manager who made sure our stay was enjoyable. This is the largest resort for IHG and the GM Jeffrey Yuan runs a tight ship.
