If you like the tacos with skirt steak, cilantro, and a little red onion, wrapped in a soft tortilla shell, Pablo's is the place to get them in Birmingham. Our food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Very generous portions as well. Bring your appetites and your taste buds, you will not regret eating at Pablo's at the Colonnade, just off 280, south of I-459.

Stop by after work with some colleagues. Everyone ordered drinks with their food. One of my colleagues had a baby roach in her margarita. When we told the waitress she didn't seem surprised. Must be an known issue.

We tried to eat here but, it was a few minutes to 2:30 pm & we were refused service. Door still opened. I won't be back.

We sat outside and had never been to this location. We had the pleasure of a young lady singer for entertainment (she was awesome - April 22) and we couldn't have been happier. The serve was great; checked on us enough but not too much. My kids enjoyed their entrees, as did I. (Child's taco plate, child's quesadilla and grilled fish tacos). My top delve margarita on the rocks was on point. I would return!

Visited here last night and the area was hopping and seemed that all the restaurants were busy. We were seated almost immediately and looking back that may have been a sign. The waitress took our drink order and brought them back almost immediately. We were given chips and salsa and then had to wait an inordinate amount of time for our order to be taken because our waitress was handling the whole side of the restaurant.
I ordered the shrimp tacos with rice and beans while my daughter ordered the chicken quesadilla and our friend ordered the chicken fajita bowl.
Each of us cringed when the food was delivered due to presentation, smell and appearance. I was disgusted with the flavor of my meal and pushed it to the other side of the table. We all left our food and got up and went to the register to complain. The cashier just shook his shoulders when we asked if there was a new chef or if the kitchen had changed. They made no effort to explain or apologize and I couldn't wait to get out of there.
Never to return..........
