A must see if you are in the area. Spectacular. Something quite unique that you will enjoy for a long time. Beautiful.

The only nice part is the opening when they light up the mountains. all the rest is a commercial repetitive show that should be revised and re designed. Can be good for a mediocre audience. Don’t be fooled by the director name.

The show is unbelievable. It was a part of our trip to Giulin.First we went on the Li River cruise to Yangshuo. The scenery was very beautiful. Then we spent the whole day in village shopping, visiting the locals while waiting for the night show.
This was the best show I have ever seen in my life.My only regret is that we did not buy the DVD after the show. It is very difficult to buy it in the USA. Saw it once on Amazon for $50.

Definitely recommend this show! The peaks and river, the lights, torches, costumes, singing, all put together so beautifully. We sat up high in the covered seats for the widest view, but I think almost any seat would be good. (as another reviewer mentioned, you can get a better view of the costumes when you are down in the front.) The crowd was sparse still. I wished the show lasted a little bit longer, but I would go see it again!

Our Hotel sold this show for 200. We found it at a travel agent near West Street for 150rmb, when we got closer to the show at the gate people were selling it for 130. There were no shortage of tickets as the audience only took up 20% of the seats. When you enter the grounds it’s set up like Disney, it’s huge and very organised to deal with mass numbers. The grounds itself was pretty. We enjoyed the show for the sheer size and coordination. Dancers 👯‍♀️ were not always in sync while performing. Vegas shows are more polished in comparison, however this wins in size. Beautiful backdrop. Mask 😷 required, or you need to buy one upon entering - green code checked. We caught a buggy cart back to West Street after the show finished for 10rmb- you’ll see the carts parked to the left when you exit out from the main gate (inside the grounds). The show has been around and they have thought of everything to cater to the tourist need. Seems like this show is sustaining the Yangshuo economy, with ample business surrounding. We did not know about this show until we got here. This show apparently started the spinoff for other cultural shows in Hangzhou and Lijiang too. A good way to immerse in the arts, even if you don’t speak Chinese.
