Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and had a nice wooden frame. Room was huge! Fan was more than enough to cool us through the night but it's quite low so if you're tall, you might want to opt for an air-conditioned room ($10 per night extra). The location was good with a convenience store and a bakery just right outside, some good food places ~5 minutes away, and a local supermarket around 5-10 minutes away. Quiet and nice place.
Cleanliness can however be improved; floor was rather dusty, shower head was a moldy too, found some hair on my bed. Wifi was unstable too (we were on the 2nd floor).
Our room was facing the inside of the hotel, but there's a window which faces the corridor. Not an issue for us, we kept the curtains closed all the time.
There's also options for breakfast and A/C with hot shower at extra charge. You can book pretty much all tour services / tuk-tuk through the reception at reasonable prices.
All in all, you get what you paid for. For the cheap price, it's really worth it.More
