Clean well maintain by the land lords, example to be followed. Is for familys, nd the "litte pond" name reflects exactly how smooth is the sea, no surfing waves.

A frequent haunt of mine.
4km? long and quite wide and shallow, even at high tide makes this great for kids. Unscathed by bandits or countless vendors makes the experience a sheer delight! Jog the beach and back, trek 2 hours through the Atlantic Coastal Rainforest to Praia Bonete for some private swimming, have some Guaraná with a platter of fresh shrimp and manioc fries in the small native village there, and capture creatures in film all the way back to your rented beach house. Finish the evening with wine on the beach and find the southern cross overhead. Sounds like a good day's work.

Its the calmest place for children in Ubatuba. A very wide beach with a calm sea and a beautifull sightseeing. Easy acess.
