The hotel has a great location, on a rather quiet street but very close to all the main bars, restaurants and shops (Capivari district is the nicest of all Campos do Jordao, in my opinion). It´s also in the walking distance from the tourist train station and the funicular (both really fun tourist atractions). They have their own parking lot which you really appreciate, especially in a busy season. The staff doeasn´t speak much English but they´re very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very good during the week and great during the weekend (apparently when there´s more guests they upgrade the menu).
The rooms are clean and ok. It´s a very decent and comfortable hotel, as a basis for an outdoor tourism. There´s nothing there that would keep you inside for a whole day.More
