The hotel has a good structure with a really tasty breakfast included, a bar close to the pool and rooms that are clean and well organised. The location is good, close to the centre of Porto de Galinhas and 5/10 minutes away from the beach. In general, is a good choice in the city.
However, we had a problem in the arrival which affected directly out perception about the hotel. We booked through decolar.com and already payed in advance the total value for our stay. In the arrival, however, we were informed that we couldn't make the checkin until we bring the printed voucher (yes, the receptionist has found our booking and we showed on the phone, but still insisted in the printed one in 2016...). Even the printer being positioned in front of the receptionist, we had to print our voucher somewhere else.
Another negative points: the food is super expensive in the hotel and the towels for the swimming pool are payed per day (5BRL per day).
In general is a good hotel which could be better if avoided these small procedures which are not common anymore nowadays. More
