This hotel was built in 2008, making it relatively new in Brasilia. Hence, unlike many of its neighbors it does not have the run down feeling that is common even at more expensive places.
For example, the TV is an (admittedly small) flat screen, which is not the standard in Brasilia, where cathode rays are common; the linens are clean and white, the a/c is mini-split so not noisy (again better than its peers), although it was not very powerful, at least it was not noisy.
Water heaters were very good as well as illumination. Internet was free and plug in, which made fast enough for skype calling. Breakfast is included in the price.
A minus is the uninspired restaurant, but in its favor, you can cross the street and get dinner at fogo do chão.
The hotel has a nice roof-pool with awesome views all around. All in all a good option considering the price.More
