The hotel is just 2 minutes walk from Station. Breakfast is good but same for all days. mix of japanese and continental food
Rooms are typical Japanese style small as compared to other Asian city but bigger than what you get in Tokyo.
Has facility for Coffee and tea till midnight
Overall a good place to stay

Spent 2 nights on a business trip. Location is great just next to station, food court and convenient shop. Walking distance to many attractions.

Basic breakfast, complimentary drink is available from 15 to 24.

Staff are helpful. Internet is fast. Hotel is clean. Room was clean yet I asked for nonsmoking hut room had smoke smell but not a smoking room smell. Even I booked a double room. Still it is small.

This hotel is practically brand new. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bathroom was spotless. There are all the usual Japanese amenities such as warmed toilet seats with all the usual Japanese toilet functions. There's even an electric mirror that heats up to prevent fogging.

The bed was quite comfortable, although it was a little annoying that we had two single mattresses pushed together rather than a normal queen bed. The walls were also embarassingly thin as we could hear a couple in one of the adjacent rooms going at it while waiting for the elevator.

The room itself has an air purifier/humidifier which was handy, and opposite the elevator on every floor was a pant press which was free to use.

The continental breakfast was adequate, but after one meal, we decided it was best to have breakfast outside the hotel.

The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. We did try to borrow a bicycle once, but were told we couldn't on account of it being unsafe to ride in the rain. I suppose this was true, but it wasn't really raining at the time we enquired.

There are free umbrellas to use available in the lobby.

Free wifi was available in the lobby and breakfast area but didn't seem to work in our rooms.

Room Tip: Don't book a room in front of the elevator if you plan to get schwifty

I visited there for business sometime back. Located just 50metres from the Hamamatsu Rail Terminal, this place is perfect for taking your time off from the exacting nature of life. The place is not far from the beach and offers rental bikes free to its patrons. Food offered here is delicious symbolic of the Japanese Cuisine, although continental. Rooms exude technology, being one of the few hotels with automated toilets and built-in bidets.

Room Tip: South Facing rooms have best views

I was travellling in Japan on business and stayed at Hamamatsu Comfort Inn for one night. A large group of us checked in late and left early, and staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel itself is basic-- rooms are tiny. I am guessing that it was pretty cramped for some of my taller fellow travellers who were travelling with more luggage. That said, the rooms and bedding were clean, and a nice extra pillow was supplied upon request. Because we arrived at night, it was hard to tell what amenities were nearby... but it is pretty close to Hamamatsu station.

Breakfast was included and there was more than enough to satisfy both Japanese and Western tastes.
