We stayed at the Majestic Inn for one quick night before we headed to the nearby Predators of the Heart Wolf Encounter Tour (you should check it out, it was amazing).

I actually said to my husband after we checked in, “That was hands down the best check in experience I’ve ever had.” We were so warmly welcomed after our drive down from Vancouver—and the freshly ground coffee that was provided as an extra perk really got our stay off to a great start!

We stayed in one of the contemporary rooms and I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and squeaky clean it was. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave available even though we didn’t need it for our short one night stay. And the bed was incredibly comfortable, which I can rarely find when staying in hotels because my own bed is so soft.

The lounge downstairs had a delightful happy hour (we shared the charcuterie plate and each had a glass of wine)! Good service and decent prices.

At breakfast, we enjoyed the banana bread French toast and the wheat pancakes bright and early for our tour. We considered having a luxurious breakfast in bed but the menu was more limited for room service.

All in all, I would definitely stay at the Majestic Inn again and would recommend it to others! Hopefully we can make another trip down one day to explore more of the area.

We won’t be staying there for several weeks yet but wanted to say what an awesome receptionist Jessica was. She helped us fine tune our reservation and even showed us the room when we stopped by to arrange our plans. And dinner was awesome.

Thank you PK for making our trip unforgettable! We were teetering on whether we should go on a whale excursion and she went above and beyond to help make it happen. The hotel was clean, quiet and close to downtown restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

The Majestic has some of the best atmosphere in town for breakfast in the garden room, elegant, quiet, tasteful jazz in the background. The menu, food, price and our server, Bobi Jo were wonderful. The happy hour atmosphere by the fireplace is charming. The new happy hour menu is excellent. It is definitely one of our favorite places in town for breakfast or happy hour. Marie R.

Charming hotel with very clean, modern rooms. Staff was friendly and not pretentious. Excellent food/drink options in the lounge. Fresh ground coffee for french press was a unique perk. Location is great! right downtown with plenty of beautiful nature walks, the shoreline and multiple restaurants close by.
