We arrived and the valet service parked the car. It was easy to check in. Our room for us as a couple and daughter had two queen size beds. Great mattresses and pillows - it is not often you can say that. Plenty of towels and flannels, but only 1 shampoo, conditioner, shower gel for everyone to share per day. Room quite low lighting. Could be a wait to get your car out at times. Small pool, practical gym. Breakfast ok. Bar a bit soulless. Near lots of restaurants. Chipotle was near by if English and in need of something healthy. Apples in reception.

Rates are reasonable, parking is $34 per night. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Good locations. The hotel Wi-Fi kept asking me to sign in, but worked just fine. This hotel allows pets, so keep that in mind in case of allergies. There is a major construction project going on across the street. The noise is greatest in the day, I would recommend a room away from the constructions.

Second time I’ve stayed here. Rates were reasonable, property is nicely decorated, comfortable, and convenient to the Ballston subway stop. Staff is friendly, professional, and helpful.

On arrival I had to ask for a tv remote, bathrobe, and shower cap because there were none in the room.

I booked the hotel through Hotwire at a terrific rate. The room was nice and the pool very large and good temp. The hot tub had some issues the second night. Valet parking is speedy at $34 per night. The housekeeping staff left nothing but decaf the first AM. The second one decaf one regular. Come on, two people need at least two regular. Also, they didn’t remove the half used lotion and toothpaste tube from the previous guests.

Had a pleasant stay here; we had a suite that was spacious, comfortable bed, good water pressure, and was clean. Unfortunately our stay started out with several rude valets insisting I deliver my car keys to them and following me into the hotel as I was trying to check in (I did mention this to the front desk manager who apologized and said he would speak with the contractor).
