My family rented out 8 of the 11 rooms at the Inn at Pearl Street over graduation weekend and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. The first morning of our stay, a few members of our group were chatting after breakfast and my aunt asked for an additional cup of coffee and she was told it was after 10am and they would not make more coffee (it was 10:04 am). Then my parents paid for a graduation reception and at 10 pm the owner kicked our group out and said she would call the police if we didn't leave. Over the course of the weekend our group paid almost 7k and we were treated with complete disrespect.
If you are looking for a dated property and an unwelcome atmosphere, this is your place!
Go across the street to Hotel Ella. The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff is warm and inviting.More
