Stayed here for business. Overall it is a fine place to stay. Great location. The restaurant was excellent. It has Starbucks in the lobby, which is a plus. Room was spotless and housekeeping does a fine job.

Great location for access to downtown. Parking is fairly pricey, but typical downtown. Room was great....no noise heard from local establishments. Breakfast was provded for free at Champions, but was very low on many items....perhaps because it was a UT gameday and the crowd was large.

I attended a work conference at the Residence Inn by Marriott Austin and everything about my experience was perfect. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The room and complimentary breakfast were fantastic!

Any staff I encountered were very helpful and cordial. Even though they were very busy they kept a smile on their face and people from other areas came and helped when available. The room was okay. There was a light out over the bathroom sink and a large stain on the couch. It appeared there was a picture missing from the wall that normally covers a mechanical panel. However the bed was comfortable and view was nice.

We stayed here for four days. We're on the 11th floor. It's a mini-suite with full kitchen. It has TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The living room area has a large comfortable couch and coffee table, a nice-sized computer/writing table and a dining table for two. The kitchen is well equipped with full-size fridge, microwave, disposal, dishwasher and 2-burner electric stove top. They provide a single-cup coffeemaker with several coffee packets. Dishes, utensils, etc. are on the minimal side. The bedroom has queen bed, one 4-drawer dresser and two night stands. The bathroom has a single sink with limited counter space. The shower is a tub/shower combo. There is only one luggage stand. The closet is adequate and has an ironing board and iron. Valet parking is $37 per day and self parking is $30 per day. The complimentary breakfast in the Champions restaurant is very good with scrambled eggs, pancakes, French toast, biscuits & gravy, waffles, fruit, cold cereals, toast, coffee, orange juice, etc. Staff were all friendly and helpful. With a king bed, we'd give it four stars

Gordon C -
What a great, comprehensive review of our offerings....thank you! We loved having you as a guest and look forward to hosting you next time in town. While our Residence Inn only offers Queen beds in the room, on your next visit we suggest a stay on the Courtyard side of the hotel if you are interested in a King sized bed. Same great building, same great staff. See you next time!
