We were in Austin for a convention and being close to the convention center was exactly what we needed. It was comforting to have a full condo with living area and kitchen instead of two hotel rooms. The owner was super helpful and even provide local information and recommendations. We had an extra day to enjoy Austin and we were in walking distance of all the night life. Highly recommended place to stay!
This was a great place to stay while attending a conference at the Convention Center in downtown Austin. The condo was nicely decorated and clean. While you are downtown and convenient to restaurants, entertainment, and bars there is a sense of escape in the condo complex which is gated off and has a couple of courtyards and walkways which is nice when you want to chill out.

I traveled with two business colleagues and we stayed in a two bedroom, two bath condo during SXSWedu. Much more reasonable cost wise than staying in a hotel, and access to the Convention Center and Hilton was great. Literally a minute away - -and very nice to have a kitchen. The building is very secure, and has keyless entry which made it very convenient. There is an onsite manager who is very responsive and even brought up extra towels! and she and the owner were very helpful with tips about where to go locally (there is a store about a block and a half away). The building isn't new, but you can't beat the location or the price.
My wife and I rented this apartment for the month of February 2015. On the positive side, it is very conveniently located for dining, visiting the bars along E. 6th St., attending events at the Convention Center, and exercising along the trails bordering the Lady Bird Johnson Lake. In addition, the kitchen is very well equipped but is very small and has no dining option. On the negative side, the unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator so it would likely be difficult for persons who have trouble climbing stairs. It has a dining "table" that is, perhaps, 2' x 3' with three stools so if there are more than three people in the unit the others would need to eat at the coffee table in the living room. We stayed in the bedroom that fronted on 4th St. That was a mistake since the noise from the street is very loud even though this is on the third floor. The cushions on the couch in the living room are too soft and are difficult to get up from. Overall, the unit needs a paint job, better linens and towels, and replacement of worn out furniture.
