Had dinner there. Burgers were good, as well as onion rings. Sit out back, nice breeze and away from crowds. However, you are charged for everything extra, including cheese and any sides.

We ate there on a warm Thursday night. Although it was crowded we were seated quickly and our server was at our table immediately. We never felt rushed and had a leisurely dinner. The food was good and the price was reasonable. This is where the locals eat and drink.

Very disappointed in the service and food quality. We both ordered onion rings to start and one order came out immediately and was cold and the second order was 15 minutes later and half cooked. This was the sign we should have seen to leave then before things got worse. Our server would not make eye contact so we had to get up to get her attention for cutlery, napkins, salt and pepper. Never refilled drinks and after food came out at 40 minutes after the order it was cold as well. At this point we called for the manager who was defensive when we complained instead of listening, finally she came around to try to rectify the issues. Too little too late and we left with out eating and at 9 pm most other restaurants were still packed with long waits so back home for a quick sandwich. The thoughts of a nice evening shot, last time eating at trio there are other restaurants in the ally that will get my business from now on

On a Sunday evening, TRIO was one of the few places open, but for that it wasn’t too crowded. The food is good and the servers were nice, but don’t get your hopes up for the best burger you’ve ever had. Anything with pimento cheese will be good, although I truly thought my pimento cheese BLT would come out hot, but it was lightly toasted at best. Beer selection is poor, unless you prefer Michelob Light and Budweiser to any other more tasty alternative. Unless it’s you last option, I’d say choose another place to eat.
