My family went Cali Burrito one day last week for lunch. Come ready to have your appetite fulfilled. Between the four of us we had two beef quesadillas, and the two guys had a shrimp burrito and the other had pulled pork burrito.
They were loaded with veggies and alot of care. The tacos also came with chips and salsa. There were 4 homemade for the day. I tried 3 of them but kept the habenero salsa for those with steel stomachs. I lost mine some years ago. The mild salsa, green salsa, and the mango salsa rounded out the salsas made for the day. There are also sauces of several heats and flavors. I tried a honey and habenero sauce which was quite good.
The atmosphere and food reminded me of the San Diego area of California. This place was very crowded at lunch. Alot of take-out customers as well as eat-in. If you want to have great food and generous portions then try this restaurant in their new location off Hamilton St. So much larger than by the older location by Hamilton and Cedar Crest.
