Our group all enjoyed the Brussels sprouts with chips. Apparently the scallops were amazing. My beet salad was excellent. Locally sourced meats and produce. Definitely not cheap but worth it for a special occasion. This has to be one of the best restaurants in a town of many superior eateries.

I have lived in a couple large cities and find it rare that fine dining and amazing cuisine exists in a tiny town. Coquina will not disappoint, my meal made top 20 of the best meals I have ever had. It was amazing, the little courtyard was beautiful, all the presentations of the dishes were impeccable and the food was incredible.

An excellent restaurant. Those that had the special Risotto were very pleased. Both the duck and the beef for very good. The local beef was probably organic. Side dishes were also good . We had an excellent Viongier and follow that with a very good house Pinot Noir. Service was a little slow but the excellent dinner offset that minor issue

Ashland is a town that attracts a lot of well-heeled tourists due to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Coquina has been there about a year, and has become one of the very top restaurants in town. We had eaten at the Flattley's previous restaurant in Bandon, if possible, this is a step up. Many restaurants are creative, what sets this apart is the balance between textures and flavors and the precision with which they are all combined. In the Railroad District, only a couple blocks from Main Street, there is an enclosed patio for warm evenings. The wine list is very well chosen and there is a full bar. The food is locally sourced and sustainable where possible. French sensibility with local products. Not cheap, but a treat to be able to eat this food.

Dined here before a show, waiter was helpful & got us out on time. Had 2 appetizers & a bottle of Oregon Pinot Noir, all very tasty. Back patio is quite attractive in warm weather.
Felt it was personals not as creative a menu as on last years visit but would return.
