Upon stepping out from taxi, I immediately regretted choosing this hotel. The hotel is old and tired and needs some refurbishment in their rooms and furnitures.
Along the stretch there are no convenience shops or restaurants. You would have to walk along the dimly lit alley to the nearest restaurant (1. vegetarian 2. indian/mid eastern). Room is old but clean and well kept. There is TV, hairdryer and A/C in the room. Water heater is not working properly, it was on and off with hot and cold water in between. The bed was hard and the sound proof is not good at all. I heard people from next door switching their lights on and off during the night. I could even hear them packing their luggages with the sound of plastic bags!
Breakfast was basic menu on rotation: fried rice & noodle, sausages, eggs, bread and coffee & tea. For the price we paid it was very reasonable.
Service was off. They don't seem to practice hospitality here. The only ones who smiled to us during my 4 night's stay was probably the sales lady who manned the breakfast counter and the waiters. Others just gave us poker faces and the reception lady was not helpful at all and very curt at times.
All in all I would never stay here again. Once is enough of an experience.More
