At first we had a problem in the check-in. Reception could not find our reservation made by Booking.com. Staff person not very helpful in the situation, asked me to call to Booking. I refused because the problem was between hotel and Booking.com. Then she went to other room and finally find our reservation and we got deluxe double room.
Our room consisted of a big drawing room and separate bedroom. Both new and in good condition.Flat tv in both room but only a few international channels.
Breakfast was substantial but long queues to get food. Small swimming pool beside the restaurant.
Hotel is at the most 3 star. Surroundings are in horrendous condition. The walking to Times Square shopping mall and Bukit Bintang street goes through slum area.More
