Charming little hotel, nicely decorated, in a reasonable neighbourhood. Our room was very small, we couldn't hardly walk around our luggage. No nice view from the window, but that's hardly to be expected in the middle of a crowded street. Room was clean. Staff was on automatic pilot, certainly not taking the extra mile. Breakfast is not so great. All together, okay to stay for a few days, reasonable quality, not outstanding.

We got here right after our long intercontinental flight so we were destroyed and only hoping in a comfy bed. We found the comfy bed, but we also found a very nice and spacious room, clean and well-decorated, with a big bathroom and a nice shower. The hotel is small and very pretty, with a Spa at the last floor where you can have great massages and a nice terrace where you can have a good breakfast. Staff was nice and helpful, the position is perfect: walking distance from most of the things you wanna see in KL, and great for the night life.
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the windows of the rooms face the inside of the building, so you need to keep the curtains closed all the time or there would be no privacy. Not a big problem, loved the hotel anyways!

Better than 'average', less than 'very good' - 3.5 stars. Room was nicely decorated, but the only window looked out on a closed off inner court. Showering meant having water all over the bathroom (easy solution: glass). Friendly staff, conveniently located within walking distance of the main sights. Breakfast OK, but nothing special.

Really lovely stay at Anggun Boutique Hotel. After 24 hours of travelling we were greeted by a much needed cold towel and refreshing drink. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Room was very comfortable, big bed and spacious bathroom. Air con and fan meant that the room was never too hot. We requested an interior facing room which meant no natural light (perfect for us) but absolute silence. Some of the outwardly facing rooms look on to a street that can become quite busy.

The hotel is really well located, 2 mins walk from Jalan Alor and 5 mins from all the nightlife of Bukit Bintang. KLCC and Petronas is walkable but you're better off getting taxis because of the heat and the traffic fumes in KL.

All in all, Anggun is a great place to stay for a few days in KL.

The hotel is close to restaurants and within walking distance of Petronas Twin Towers. The personnel is help you in all you requests. Although the price is above the average night for KL you will get the service associated (clean, quiet and well equipped).
