All the staff there are very friendly , especially the front desk staff who have been helping us to check bus schedule and book tickets. Our room was on 14th floor so we got a good view, the room itself is very clean and spacious. Great location, only 5 min walk from the train station.

as with most Japanese old cities, hotels tend to be old and tired, but relatively decently maintained. We requested a family room, and its has one of the wierdest configuration: it is like 2 inter-connected standard rooms, with 2 beds in each room... but the wierd part is that the second room has no door access, no toilets (there is an empty space at where the toilet should be, but no sink/shower/wc)... somehow conjures feeling of a japanese horror movies

Beautiful and clean hotel. Maybe one of the best place in Nagasaki, comparing with the price/night.
The restaurant it's on the top floor with a nice view of the city.
Bathroom it's big with bathtub and shower.
Decent hotel special if you do not spend to much time in the hotel.

Was here for Three nights recently as part of a group of friends visiting Nagasaki and Fukie Islands. This wonderful property is in great condition and well priced (US$120/night). Breakfast restaurant located on top level with nice view of City. But a little expensive at $24/person for the Buffet. The rooms are quiet and clean. Not as small as Tokyo/Osaka. Good luck and enjoy!

Room Tip: Bay View Room if possible

We initially booked this hotel because of the brand name and it was one of only 3 or so 4-star hotels in Nagasaki. We were in for a pleasant surprise! From the moment we entered the lobby, the decor was very grand and classy and yet presented in an understated manner. The rooms were very comfy with a luxurious sofa and large square footage. We requested a room change because initially our room was a bit closer to the train station, and we wanted to change to one further from the change station.

Well, Yui Tanaka was just great! She assisted us with the room change and accomodated our slow pace. She was super professional, nice, courteous, and I could not say more good things about her.

Finally the top floor breakfast buffet has marvelous views that show you how beautiful Nagasaki is, from the quaint hillside neighborhoods to the vibrant port.

Do stay here if you are ever in Nagasaki!

Room Tip: request one far from the train station, it'll be more quiet
