Lovely place. Excellent staff. Good size one bedroom deluxe suite. Very convenient from the airport. The bedroom is so quiet and comfy. We have a take away dinner from Takashimaya on our last day in Osaka. It is exactly what I need after long day of shopping. I am impressed indeed!
Fantastic location, great service and immaculate modern property. The property's gym was well equipped & similarly modern. Close to public transport (literally across the road). Couldn’t really fault this place. They did everything right.

We booked this hotel in advance, as we knew we would be tired after our long flight from the UK and desperate for some much needed sleep. Location is perfect literally minutes from Namba Nankai station, ideal when arriving from KIX. Checked in mid-day and slept all afternoon, got up showered and out on the streets for the evening....perfect. The room was well proportioned with separate bedroom. living and kitchen areas. 2 TV's, hob, washer, AC, Ioniser, plenty of storage, truely home from home. The room and everything in the room was amazing clean and tidy, I don't remember staying at a hotel as nice as this before.
Our only regret is that we only booked one night, such a shame but we were on a busy schedule. Oh.........and by the way it was so quiet we slept in and missed breakfast, so no comments unfortunately.
This was a great place to stay in the heart of the shopping district of Osaka. 2 minutes walk from a large train station (which also has express trains to the airport) and across the road from many restaurants and shops. Friendly and helpful staff. The room rate includes breakfast which is a choice of 3 options and unlimited juice and hot drinks. The serviced apartments are spacious, with very comfortable king-sized beds, walk-in robes, bathroom with shower over bath, kitchen and laundry facilities, and lounge area with couch, large TV and DVD player. Great location and service. The hotel has a sauna and gym, however I didn't use these. The only issue was that due to the central location sirens can often be noisy at night time - take your ear plugs! Highly recommended place to stay.
We stayed at Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka last March 24-31, 2013. I booked thru Expedia and was so lucky to grab a discounted rate once again. I was choosing between Swissotel and Fraser at first since both hotels are: near a train station which is by the way, a very important factor for me. It is also walking distance to Takashimaya, Namba Park). Upon thorough evaluation, I got the 1-bedroom deluxe unit of Fraser which is so very spacious. I am very particular with cleanliness and I must say that Fraser lived up to my expectations or even exceeded more. Carpets, sofa, & beds are so clean, no smell whatsoever. I believe that I made the right choice.

2. A "walk-in closet" to put all our clothes, luggages, etc.
3. Fully functioning kitchen complete with utensils, glasswares, pans, etc.
4. Washing machine with a dryer.

7. Set of PJ's for 2 persons (so no need to bring sleepwear)

9. Nice, clean beds with white, crisp linens.
Our room comes with a free set breakfast. If I am not mistaken, there are only 3 sets to choose from. We always ended up getting the same set every morning (the set that has sausages). Not so much of a big deal for us when it comes to limited BF choices.
Staff are exceptionally friendly & accomodating. Despite the language barrier, they will patiently try to understand and attend to the guests' needs.
Walking distance to Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, Namba park, easily accesible to Nankai Station. Ippudo Ramen is just across the hotel and it is open until 2am. McDonalds, Family Mart, Yoshinoya, Pepper Lunch among others are all within few steps.
We used Osaka as our base to explore the Kansai Region and used the Kintetsu Rail Pass since this train passes thru Nankai Station. We purchased the Kintetsu Rail Pass which is valid for 5 consecutive days and can only be bought at Kansai International Airport. Value for money in terms of transportation.
