Booked 2 rooms for two nights. The rooms were very clean, nicely designed with cute wall arts. Each room has different design. And there was also relax lounge where we could enjoy coffees, teas and wines. However, the staffs were not very friendly and well-trained.

Amazing hotel, looks really chic and modern and the art paintings in the room add a nice retro touch. Receptionist was very helpful and kind and even allowed us to check in early - you can sign up for free membership and there are some perks that come with it. Location-wise the place is near Den Den Town and Namba station and only 10 minutes walk to the main shopping district.

Beds are nice and comfortable and feels great to sleep in. The toilets are clean and well stocked with towels and shampoo. All in all a really nice setup!

We decided to choose this hotel in "last minute" and it was a very good decision. The hotel is very well located. The room was clean, well equipped and quiet. It was a little bit difficult to find this hotel in the street, even it is only 10 minutes walk from Osaka Namba station. Buffet breakfast was good with choice of various food (eggs, sausages fish, Japanese soup and sauce, vegetable, salad etc.) We also like very friendly staff, especially Mr. Keiichi Koyama at the reception desk, who was alwyas nice and very helpful and Mr. Shusei Yoh as well.

Found it hard to find a twin bedded room for our stay in Osaka, but found this hotel and had some favourable reviews and it was in our price range. As we usually only end up sleeping in the room, no point spending too much!
Pleasantly suprised to find it's virtually new, and hence clean. Wifi is excellent, great spot just a few doors down from a subway station. Cheap breakfast available at the ground floor breakfast room (they only do breakfasts about, basic but sufficient buffet and befitting the price. Walkable to Namba.
Smack bang in the middle of the gadget, gaming, collectible toy/models, retro vinyl records, shopping precint.
Very happy. Would highly recommend.

Booked 2 rooms and arrived late in the night, also because their location on Google Maps was not correct so we went 3x around the block with the taxi driver till I finally spotted it... Staff at reception were flexible with payment on checkin, which was nice. Rooms were clean and simple, just what we needed as a base while we explored town. Their breakfast is very basic and their not flexible on timing: breakfast ends at 1000 and you have to be in at 0930 to have breakfast (very early in my opinion); laundry machines useful, the portable wifi rental and 7 Eleven across the street very convenient. Great central location. Check-out time is 1000 and they charged 1000 yen per hour after that. For someone who spent 14 nights there was little flexibility by reception.
