Service: Hedy from reservation followed up with me before the trip for the arrival time etc., very to the details.
I forgot the ask for the invoice during checkout and found out later that I needed that for reimbursement, so I sent them email asking for the invoice. Zona from reservation and Annie from guest services jumped in right away and emailed me the invoice within 20 minutes. Very impressed with their quick response!
Breakfast: Excellent with a large selections with hot, cold food and fruits. Delicious.
