Stayed here a couple of nights for our stop in Hangzhou. Clean room with balcony but bathroom was in dire need of an update, and a Bit noisy too as walls are paper thin so could hear traffic outside and people talking in hallway rooms etc. Best thing about hotel is definitely location - right opposite West Lake - close to restaurants, bars, shops too.

Stayed one night for business, good location straight opposite the train station and easy to get taxi into centre of Hangzhou. Quick check in, room beautiful loved the interactive light system. Pity we only stayed for one night instead of two as originally intended, If work brings me back here I would defiantly stay again

This hotel is directly across for West Lake. It's part of the Orange hotel chain and they are consistent with their service and amenities. The rooms are not large but they are well appointed and the service is great. The wifi was fast and the breakfast was good (but average). If you're planning to sightsee Hangzhou, this hotel should be on your short list.

Room tip: Look for Orange discounts on WeChat.

Thankfully only stayed at this hotel for one night. First thing when I arrived to this hotel at night with my wife. We weren't greeted and told they don't accept Chinese passport as a form of ID since my wife is Chinese. We were escorted to the police station by foot for 20mins to verify her ID. Once we finally check in there was no apologies for the inconvenience. Terrible manners and service. The doorman kick a chair and told me to sit while we're waiting which is rude. Our hotel room was filled with mosquito, TV quality was bad, bed sheet had sand/dirt on it. Avoid here at all cost!!!

Just had the one night here rooms are comfortable and modern there was a large balcony with outdoor furniture. Across the road from the lovely gardens and lake area with some well maintained paths and gardens.
Attached cafe was alright but not great managed to get some eggs and toast for breakfast but did have a Chinese speaking person with us.
