The Hotel is perfectly mathching with Hyatt level of services ... Nothing bad to say as i have spend a very nice time there in a nice room, and with a the best comfort and all other services going with !
Breakfats is ver good with lot of international food, and the WELLNESS CENTER is amazing with a pool surrounding all the city on the 20th floor ! Fantastic !

Location is great. We were performing at the famous Yeltsin Center, which was across the street - 3 minute walk.
We walked into the center of town each night to go to the mall and cafes.
Try Mamas cafe if you get the chance. 1 block down from the mall.
Breakfast: excellent spread
People were paying to come here for breakfast that weren’t guests of the hotel.
Our rate included breakfast.
Rooms:
They circular headboards wrap around the room which look very cool, but between that and the circular closet which becomes a huge column in the middle of the room, it’s not a great use of space.
Bathrooms BEWARE
Toilet is a separate WC. Shower is all glass and whoever is in the room with you can see you shower.
You wouldn’t be able to share a room with someone that wasn’t your partner.
LOBBY: lobby is nice. Has a bar
The negative is the security and metal detector that you have to go through each time you enter the hotel. All of your bags need to get X-ray’d each time. It’s a small inconvenience, but seems unnecessary
Karaoke: there was karaoke in the main door club most of the 5 nights we stayed there. It didn’t bother us in our rooms which were on higher floors.
Just FYI. We went to the front desk one day to ask for change -we only had larger Rubles and they acted like we were asking a lot. We changed the equivalent of $30 USD into smaller bills, then when the next person asked to do the same, they said they didn't have any change.
We called for a taxi to Greenwich mall it was approx $10 USD - we charged it to our room

Great place to stay. Sauna pool inviting to relax after working day . Breakfast is rich and well placed and service is nice and polite.
Not the first time . Premises needs some upgrades there and there.

cozy room and very good breakfast. was here for 2 days in December 2019, hotel have new furniture and equipment, great view from room, good enough internet in the room. when i ordered pizza to a room from an outside supplier they didn't allow to courier entry to guest floor (security reason?) and i was need descend from 11th. floor to reception to pick my pizza up. it's only one (minor) issue that i met during my stay in this property

Undoubtedly one of those hotels that consider the client’s care as their core mission. And they are doing it well!
Beautiful rooms, really well designed with many storage compartments, excellent English skills from all the staff and ideal location on the riverside.
The restaurant lack of prompt delivery and rare menu adjustments, might be the only downsides this facility has.
Overall, a great place to rest and to discover Ekat.
