All rooms have a nice view over Pregel river, some rooms also have small balconies. Skipper is within walking distance from most attractions and this building complex is one of the few city's attractions itself. Restaurant downstairs is outstanding and definitely one of the best in the city.
Rooms are looking somewhat tired and design choices are questionable. Still, well worth the money. Unless you are planning to stay somewhere much more expensive, it's a good option.

The disadvantages of this hotels are
- The price and the quality of the breakfast.
- The smell of gas near the elevator.
- Our room (44) was small and the bathroom was pretty simple.
- Some paintings in the room were unpleasant.
- The TV didn't work well.
The Advantages of the hotel:
The location couldn't be better, as the center of attraction in the city is the cathedral and Kant tomb which are 200 meters away.
In general, this is the only small part of the which is renovated a la konigsberg and if you want to stay in the city, this is the best place to stay.

Hotel looks good and has a nice view to the city. If you like traditional style, this is a hotel for you. Rooms a bit dark, but that's just your traditional colours. Three stars only as I came here with my other half and we got one double bed, but TWO mattresses. Not your best if you want to cuddle. Hotel should consider that, as we didn't order the room for two single people!!

good value for money, but not a 4 star hotel. very small bath room and no place to locate your personal belongings.
the stuff at the dinning room verry unpleasent beside one girl name natasha.
the room cleaning is average.

Room Tip: upper floor and a river view

A peaceful view to the riverbank from the balcony, city noise can hardly be heard. Nice island with a park is in sight and reachable in a 5-minute walk. Other city attractions are also not too far and may be visited without use of transport (although a tram stop is right by the hotel entrance).

The hotel is neat and clean. Rooms are well-equipped and are in very good condition. All the necessary bathing accessories are present.

The personnel is polite and friendly.

The restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel offers tasty breakfasts in a luxurious interior. The prices are affordable and that's definitely one of the best choices by price/quality parameter.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the river.
