Situated in a busy pedestrian district in Vladivostok, Cafe Lima is quiet, unassuming, and delicious. Multilingual staff (our hostess/wait staff spoke English) helped me with some finger pointing at the menu to select outstanding corn tortilla shelled tacos (some chicken, some beef), shrimp and egg Spanish rice, and chips and queso. Other than the chips (which were out of a bag, nothing special) the meal was really good. Fast. Easy to sit and eat there in the establishment. Eclectic decor (from the neon Pontiac service sign to the Mexican themed banners to the Southwest US Native American art to the animal mask varieties to the multicolored ponchos and kids books in Spanish...a lot to take in...). Eclectic music (Eric Clapton followed by Led Zeppelin, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Toto. Yes, Toto.) Friendly, tasty, casual. The only thing they are really missing to make this a “5” is pitchers of beer and/or margaritas...

It's a combination of Peruvian and Mexican food. The food is really good. Every time I've been there the owner was working the order/check out station. He speaks English well and loves to speak English, in case you don't know Russian a big bonus.

Thank Marc M

Best tacos and burritos that Vladivostok can offer! Plus a wide selection of sweets and Peruvian cuisine!

My husband lives in Vladivostok 8 months out of the year, playing hockey for the Admiral Vladivostok hockey team. He is originally from Southern California, and Cafe Lima feels like home every time he walks in to the restaurant! There are no other restaurants in Vladivostok that compares to Cafe Lima! It feels like we are back in California eating delicious Mexican/South American food!

Every item on the menu is delicious- we love the tacos, quesadillas, chili, guacamole, and everything else! It's so nice to sit and relax and listen to great music and eat delicious food at Cafe Lima! Misha and his employees are so friendly and welcoming!

If you are in Vladivostok and haven't yet tried Cafe Lima, you need to visit as soon as possible!

(You need to try the banana bread and brownies for dessert too! So delicious!)
